Refund Policy

1. Refund application time
If you are not satisfied with the product within 14 days from the date you receive it, you can apply for a refund. If it exceeds 14 days, we will no longer accept refund applications, except in the case of quality problems with the product.
For undelivered orders, you can apply to cancel the order and get a full refund within 24 hours after the order payment is successful. If it exceeds 24 hours, the order has entered the processing process and cannot be directly cancelled, but you can still apply for a refund according to the above time rules after receiving the product.

2. Refund application process
Please first send an email to service@moshubook.com, and the email must detail your order number, the name of the purchased product, the reason for the refund, and your contact information.

Our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days after receiving the email to confirm the refund application information and inform you of the next step. If the product needs to be returned, we will provide you with the return address and return authorization code.

3. Refund review
After we receive your returned product, we will complete the product acceptance and refund review within 3-5 working days. If the product is not damaged and meets the return conditions, we will approve the refund application.

If the product you apply for a refund does not need to be returned (such as agreeing not to return the original product after reissuing due to quality problems, etc.), we will complete the review within 3-5 working days based on the relevant supporting materials you provide.

4. Refund method
The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when paying for the order. For example, if you pay by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account; if you pay by e-wallet, the refund will be returned to the corresponding e-wallet.

The refund arrival time varies depending on the payment institution and bank processing speed. Generally, credit card refunds will be received within 7-15 working days, and e-wallet refunds will usually be received within 3-7 working days.

5. Special case handling
If there is a quality problem with the product, we will bear the return shipping cost. Please explain the quality problem details to the customer service when applying for a refund and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence.

If the refund process is affected by force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics interruptions caused by the epidemic, etc.), the refund time may be extended accordingly. We will communicate with you promptly and explain the situation.

If there is no quality problem with the return, the freight cost will be borne by the buyer. When you apply for a refund, please choose the appropriate logistics method to send the goods back to the return address we specify. If you choose insurance or other value-added services during the return process, the relevant costs must also be borne by the buyer. However, if you need to return the goods due to our mistakes (such as sending the wrong goods, the product description does not match the actual situation, etc.), we will bear the return freight even if the goods have no quality problems.
