Expedited Shipping: After order confirmation, we prioritize shipping within 1 business day, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond your control, such as customs clearance speeds at the destination and holidays.

Orders are shipped by UPS, USPS, and FedEx by default.

6. Tracking

7. Shipping Damage and Loss
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us via email at service@moshubook.com within 1-3 business days of receipt, providing photos of the damaged item and your order information. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

If your order is lost in shipping, we will verify the situation with the logistics company and reship or refund within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

8. Return and Exchange Shipping
For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs and must use a tracked shipping method. Please ensure the original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact and resaleable.

Once we have received and verified the returned merchandise, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your request. Refunds will be credited to the account used for payment, but the exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment method.
